Well, we finaly built a box for my box...
After lots of pondering and a bunch of Q&A's, here is what we came up with. My wife Michelle and I built it out of 3/4 mdf with lots of glue, screws and silicone to get a totaly sealed box. We also coverd it in the same purple suede as the headliner, so all you purple haters beware.....
I love the way it sounds, not over powering or muffled. It fills the whole cargo area side to side and from back of rear seat to the hatch.

The amplifier will be getting a face lift, so dont mind the funny yellow dots..
