Getting (re)Connected
Let me start this of with a comment, aimed at everyone in general, no one in particular and me specifically.
It's called the Scion Community because it is made up of many people. It transcends clubs, dealers and the car. It's the people.
THAT WHICH MAKES US DIFFERENT BRINGS US TOGETHER
Time to let loose a little info about the events coming over the next 6 months or so.
springQUAKE - Video game tournaments at stores scattered across the USA, winners of each store tourney coming to DEVASTATION to take on all others and win a new Scion. We'll have new things to do and experience (remember the fashion show and cowboy breakfast?) without becoming predictable. springQUAKE - Are You Feeling It?
Scion Ball - (Sorry, can't bring myself to use the word "Dodge" in this context) Each store in the Valley (and Precision if they're listening) will be invited to field a team of players that either BOUGHT THEIR CURRENT SCION AT THAT DEALER or the dealer's own SCION CERTIFIED SALES TEAM. If you bought your Scion out-of-town or from a dealer that does not want to field a team then you will be entered into a draft (like when we picked sides as kids) There will be a twist on the game and it DOES involve water balloons.
Movie Event -We'll go take in another movie. Don't know when exactly but it will be this fall and Camelback Scion will spearhead it.
Autocross - On the drawing board. Stay tuned.
Roadtrip - Overnighter. Get your walkie talkies charged up and ready.

Mark, Just keep doing what you do. If you need my help or the help of SCIONtology, feel free to ask. Cant wait to get back into the swing of things and have some good times like we used to.
Club or no Club. We are all brought together as a community of ppl who love our Scions. Thats what this is about and showing this state that no other gathering of cars can do it like we do it!!!
So hopefully when all of the events start coming up, EVERYONE, will show their support. Its a time to put the clubs to the back burner for a day or weekend and just enjoy each others company and have so fun.
