gotta love it.. Smack~a~Scion continues.
1st time in a week since I have been layed off work I go to take Joey out for Lunch to spend some time with her.. So at the light Val Vista and Queen Creek I am stopped waiting for the green. I look behind me and see this gold accord barreling down on me..
I am like aaah nuts this is going to hurt.. shure as crap.. he locks it up and comes sliding up into the back of my box. 18 year old kid racing somewhere with his buddy not paying attention. I give Gilbert PD two thumbs up for being very nice and polite. Man they sure gave that kid a grilling.
*pix to come*

man im sorry to hear that RJ, glad to hear the cops didnt let that kid off lite. Is it totalled or just badly bruised? This just reinforces my idea that I want to add extra insurance for my stereo system. If i get rear ended with all that fiberglass work in the back i'd be screwed to getting it done again.
Well to get Joeys car fixed it was right at 1250$..
Its not as devastating as Bryans but here it is..
Bracket under the box.. right side

Bracket left side

Honda!

its funny that our rides are "snap together" I was able to pop most of it back in place and get it up off the exhaust.. 10mm and I was getting it up back in shape.

I know they had to replace the right taillight, I did not catch it till it was in direct sunlight at the bodyshop that it was shattered.. Gotta love Rockblocker light protection.
It kept it on one piece.
they probably found another $500 or more. when I got hit the back corner was smashed so bad the sheet metal behind the tire was pushed into the tire so I couldn't drive it. The adjuster didn't include the taillight because of the Rockblosker. This time the guy came to my house so I showed him it was broken.
