Here is my delema... I can't find the cathodes I need.
I need two CC bent to a 4" Diameter circle and 14" in thength (circumfrence)
also need two CC bent to a 3" Diameter circle and 12" in length (circumfrence)
I want them in white.
here is a few pick so you all know what I'm talking about.:
Like these two but not in a fan.

I'm not sure what size exactly the angel eye kits are, so I don't know if those will work.
I am also not sure to how bendable cathodes are.
Any and all suggestions are welcome please help me on another one of my progects
Cold cathodes are glass tubes...so bending a straight one into a curved one is not possible. You'll have to find one that already is bent...or better yet use a set of flexible led strips.

I thought they were made of acrylic, anywho I guess I am hoping that someone knows of a maker of these so I can get a few the size i need. Those Led strips are not a solid halo. I am looking fro a tube of light. HELP PLEASE ANYONE.

I would look in the phonebook for a place that makes neon signs and have them make them in neon or see if they can do cold cathodes (they have to be pretty similar) and surely they can adapt them to be 12 volt. I would try to find a kinda small shop to do it because they might be more likely to work with you on a small order, and let them know your not in a huge hurry so they can work it into their downtime.

OK so Here I go.
First disasemble the light. And paint the inside white.

Second: remove the plastic light diffuser from the halo housing. This is a pain in the @nus

third: Install ELWIRE. I used 3.2 and 2.3mm side by side. I'd advise using the EZ connect soldering sucks on these du to the extremely small wire

Her is a close up.

And here it is with power applied

and a close up.

I am not done yet in fact I have to finish the other three Halos and then install them and reseal the headlight after I polish the plastic on the lens.
So what do you all think.???
