What arethe prices for showing the car? Many people are stating that is is $40.00 for driver + 1 guest, but then why does HIN's site state $55.00 + $2.50 charge if you want to register your car? Is there a special rate for us Scion guys? I am sorry, I am lost when it comes to car shows.....

my only internet access is through my phone so the connection is slow and I don't want to read the first two pages sorry, but I have a question.

1: is there going to be a eastsid/westside roll out?
2: HotImportNights.com said you are required to disonnect your battery when you enter for car shows. is that for indoor events only?
3: what time are the roll outs if any.

^^^Last year they let us keep our batteries connected because it was an outside venue...I'm hoping it will be the same this year...Yes there will be an east/west roll out...As far as times go, I know last year it was pretty early and it was a very LONG day...

ok, last question, I also read on their site all cars entering as a club will haft to have a decal or vynal image to represent the club if they want to park and show together. So I'm going to need a scionetic decal right?

Dont have to disconnect batteries and worry about gas.

As for club you are ALL being registered under Scion VIP no matter what club you have on your car.

It's good to know about the battery and gas, but I think you misunderstood my question on the clubs, while it's good to know we are registered under scion VIP I read on HotImportNights.com that any club showing their cars will be required to have a decal representing the club if they want to park and show together. So I'm need to get\or will get a Scion VIP decal?

Sorry, I really don't know what to expect at the show so I'm just trying to get all the info I can.

With Scion putting up that much money, I am sure they have something worked out with HIN.

chad you have to remember that they only have 40 spots and i know we have more than 40 cars out here that are going to want to go. if you get picked by scionvip then i wouldnt worry about it. if you dont and still go then i dont know what to tell you.

Dont have to worry about that, John. If you want a sticker then get one if you dont then dont. I know we have 40 spots, but unless I am missing something we wont have more than 40 Scions there. Dont get me wrong, I sure hope we do. As for parking together, just roll in together they usually leave spaces open for stragglers.
