New shoes are on what'cha think?

After looking at this posting....It's weird that the car looked lower with the stock wheels...see for yourself:

thats how low the stechs are? i think it needs lower. still too much wheel gap for me. notice anything in handling?

 

Yup...The main difference is that most people run a 17in wheel/tire combo and I guess the lower profile tires gives the appearance of it being lower.

I chosed to go with 16's instead...since this is supposed to be my to and from work car (75 miles R?T). Had the car 2 months as of the 4th and already hit the 4k mark.

As for the handling...It really acts like it's on rails. The ride is a little stiffer though, but it is not as rough you think it would be with a 1.8 drop.

The tiny pic looks lower, but it also looks like you weren't on a level plain with the car when taking it. It looks like you were a bit above it.

 

Here is a better picture of it lowered with the stock wheel setup. I think it does look lower then, than it does now.
