Hey guys...I am in need of a little help. My youngest daughter is going to move from AL to the Tucson area in mid May and I need someone to tell me the best place for her to get her tC serviced while she is out there. She's only going to be out there until about Christmas, that's all her mama will let her be gone for...

But I know she will need oil changes and with it being a tC she will have rattles to get fixed and at least a recall or two.....ikid.....

So, any help yall can give me as to who is the best and who I can trust with my baby girl, I'd appreciate it.

I expect a certain number of the offers to pour in, but just so they know, mapquest says from my house to where she will be is 29 hours, I know I can make it in less. I'm a bit protective.....<wink wink>

 

I would say go with Precision Toyota. I've never personally been down there yet but they have done some meet and greets and know that others on here have said good stuff about them. Now if she was to come up to the Phoenix area which is about an hour an half north of Tuscon there are a couple really great places up here she could go to.

I am relying on you guys to get her in the scene... I have tried for 2 years to get her to so much as post in any forum....she just won't follow her old man's lead....that might be the reason.

But, I am for sure going to tell her that there are a bunch of good folks out that way!

Yeah, Precission has the best service, I bought my car there and cannot say one bad thing about the entire experience.
However, I live 2 miles from Desert Toyota, and about 12 from Precission, so I have had my past two oil changes done there. They have been very professional and did a good job. Matter of fact I will probably be taking my car down for an oil change this week some time to desert

 

i think Precision Toyota is a Great Dealership and takes care of a lot of people but if you don't want to be hanging out ALL day for your oil change Desert Toyota has been the fastest to get me in and out for a service... i sat at precision for about 45 mins before they said it would be a little bit longer before mine went in and at Desert i was in and out in 20 mins Kyle Brooks is a great service writer there he will be happy to help...

 

I too have dealt with Kyle, he is the Scion service writer over there. Good guy

 

So, it's not like here in that either dealer will do her right... Here, we live less than 3 miles from the dealer we bought from, but drive about 30 miles to a dealer we trust for service.

 

I have always gone to Precision. I live MUCH closer to desert, too! My car will never see desert toyota for service.
