Today at lunch will be my last cigar, then I don't want to smoke cigars, cigarettes, nothing. If i have a moment of weekness and ask someone for one at a meet please deny me no matter what kind of weird look I have in my eye, knowing that i told everyone not to give me one should keep me from asking though.

I quit for a year without any problems. Then one day I broke down and had one. Dumbest thing I ever did. I need to stop making excuses and quit again. Good luck quitting.

I went to hypnotherapy tonight to stop smoking, we'll see how that goes.
