How's it goin everyone...been a long time since ive been on here.

I have a friend with a Trailblazer who wants to get his seats reupholstered professionally. Anyone know of a good place that can do this, and their estimated costs? My friend has the fabric already, and would like to do his two front seats first then the bench seat in the back if money allows for it.

Ideas?

I have a hard time recommending them anymore. When I had parts of my tC done, I specifically asked them to remove the rear sealtbelt units / remove the dome light. I found awhile ago that they CUT the freaking seatbelts out of the car and left the retracts in place. I found what I thought was the retracts in a bag they gave me, nope they gave back the cut off seatbelts. It is one freaking 14mm bolt to remove them for crying out loud. Cost me a chunk to have them replaced when I put the seat back in place. They also just ripped out the wires to the dome light they shaved which I had to repair. All they had to do is freaking unplug it. REALLY ____ED ME OFF. The rest of the work was quality & looked good, but this was just BS / lazy.

Overall I guess Todd is a good guy and is recommended by a lot of people. Just ticked me off enough that I did not even call to complain as I would have flipped out. Just repalced and repaired feeling quite bitter haha. No place IMO for stupid decisions and mistakes when working on a customers car. Hopefully this was an isolated case which I imagine it is.

Now can I recommend anyone else in town? Notta.

 

I have used Todd many times in the past for sure. I hate to hear about stuff like yours Jeremy. Specially cause I know Todd personally. That is lazy stuff there for sure. I am taking him a 70 Chevelle here real soon that I need done for a customer.

I am sure, well hopeful it was isolated & simply done by a lazy employee but still leaves a very bad taste if you know what I mean J. Other than the issues, Todd was nothing but professional & cool in general.
