Jan 17th - Garage Day
Thanks for the photos!
Wow, I need one of those as well, haven't had a vacation like that since I was in the Army back in the 80's. (But that's not much of a vacation) You can always have your friend with the other xB bring his out if he is not going on the vacation with you.

That's where I am going for a week, to volunteer at the Sanctuary and disconnect from the rest of the world.
Cheers

There are some awesome hiking trails, plus you have within a short drive Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park and best of all very little cell phone service.

Even if you go up for a weekend one time and take a tour, they're free. It is a fantastic, picturesque drive up there and REAL easy, just take I17 north to I40 east, go one exit to US89 and follow it all the way the sanctuary. There are lots of hotels in Kanab and if you have pets most will accept them. What some people do is go to the sanctuary, take a tour and you can check out a dog or cat for the day. So if you plan on doing any hiking check out a dog and take him with ya. It is good for the dogs to get away from the place for a while.
Here are pictures I took last spring when I was there
Cheers
