okay so as we all know KooLAiD aka Kyle had some loaner rims for HIN

My question is should he keep them or lose them?

I like the wheels on there....I say get them in 19's.....

Ok, I say keep em'...Upgrade to 19's and then paint your calipers red or get a big brake kit with red calipers...Those rims matched your car nicely...

or some sevenmods in 19s, with the maxxis lip, painted red with a polished lip, wow that would be sweet.

 

Thanks for the input everyone. Right now I am still not sure what to do. The reason why I am debating these particular rims is because, technically, they are used. The Damani's I have on the car right now were on one of the Rim1 employees rides, but for only a short period of time. So, yes they are used, but only have a few thousand miles on them, if that.

Wayne at Rim1 has offered me the 18's and a new set of tires for only $600. So, as I agree with most people, the 19's would look good...I am thinking about the 18's and then a 40 instead of 35 for the tire. Shouldn't be too much larger in size, but will fill in the wheel well a little bit.

Then down the road, you know six or seven months, I can sell the Damani's and get a new wheel.....in 19 ".

Here are some ideas I had to spruce up the rim. First off, the calipers will most certainly be painted, wanted to do it before HIN, just didn't have the time to sand and prep and all that jazz. Was thinking of some way I could paint the lugs on the lip of the wheel red or maybe do just a single thin strip down the middle of each spoke. If any body has some photo shop skills, can you give this a whirl for me:

Picture 1: Just the lugs on the lip of the wheel painted red and the center cap also red
Picture 2: A thin stripe down the center of each spoke only painted red
Picture 3: The entire lip painted red
