Insurance might actually be cheaper because it's probably classified as a safer vehicle.

The BMW is engineered for driving excellence and fun. The tC.... well just fun.

Those are my two cents!
Actually insurance went up $49 a month, and the 325i doesn't have the greatest safety rating not from 02-05.

Haha! The 3 series was made so the 5 series wouldn't be bottom of the barrel. Okay, not really but that's how I look at it. If you're going to buy a BMW go big or go home.
Can I have an A-MEN!!!

lol Good one Janice.

You should have bought that car three weeks ago CB took in on trade, what was that, IS300? It had a $10K fully built Surpra engine swap with twin tubos, suspension, trans, clutch, the works. What $23K? If you had not hurried it off to auction I was interested.

Glad your staying with the tC, for now.

Kelly, that IS300 was a peice of crap. They couldnt even get $10,000 for it at the auction. It would take more than $6000 just to pass everything. It leaked oil really bad and the car couldnt support the horsepower. The guy took out 60% of the stuff you need just to make it run right. Camelback Scion got screwed hard on the deal and its still setting in the back lot. They wont sell it beacause it doesnt pass any of the inspections.

Well, it's still under warranty for 22K, or 5 years from date of inservice.

Mine (2002 525it) has 130K and it's still going strong!

HELLO...your trading in a Scion not a Civic. And your talking about a manufacture that practicaly gives cars away. Don't you remember me telling you about over allowances when you bought your car. See if the dealer would give you that same amount for the tC if you were just selling the car to them and not trading. And don't even get me started on compensating....Love ya Janice

Yeah I hear you J. The BMW is a good looking car. Honestly my tC handles better and is quicker. I've just had the itch lately. It tends to happeen when you're around cars all day every day. The car I really want right now is just a little too much chair for me right now. Maybe in a year.

Mitsubishi is not a bad product. However, it is inferior to anything in the Toyota family as far as quality goes, and can't even hold a flame to resale value. I think you can understand my biased opinion.

Maybe I'm just remembering it wrong but isn't it "hold a candle"?
