Default need a new scion

My old 2005 XB was totaled. So I need a new one.

It looks like although not perfect, XB 2012 still a great choice.

Is there any difference between different dealers? When I bought my old XB, we have only one dealer in town. Now I'm in Phoenix, and I'm overwhelmed by the dealerships.

I think scion is still pure price, so are they all the same? Is there anything I should pay special attention to?

Thanks

Sorry your 2005 was totaled... I would personally Go see Erney (he is a great guy) at Larry Miller Toyota Scion. Tell him dagarhart sent you. He will take really good care of you! He loves the Scion community!

Thanks for the info, dagarhart.

I will be out of town until October. Will definitely check with Erney once I'm back.

scion is and always will be pure price. I'm a Scion Champion at a dealership and a dealership can get in trouble for not selling sticker unless there are marking the same amount discount on the same model. The new XB's have the 2.4lt engine, so its different from the first gen.

Only really matters when a trade is involved. I've purchased through Avondale Toyota before and it was pretty simple. I can't speak for the other dealers.

I thought Pure Price meant every similarly equipped model had to be sold at the same price at a particular dealer. Not that every dealer has to sell at the same price.

Every dealer has to sell it at a specific price set by Scion.

This is accurate.

And a big reason why people are seeing FR-S's with sticker prices 1k over MSRP.

As long as all of those models are 1k over, then they are fine.
