Default New body kit photos

Some photos of the installed kit.

I have one thing to say about this kit, if I had to do it all over again I would not do it. What a royal PITA. Still working on a small fitment issue around the driver side headlight, hope to have it solved next weekend.

Thanks to Jason and Shawn for the pics and Heather for spending the day with us.

Now it's time to finish the custom fender flares and some other goodies I've been working on in the metal shop. ;)

P.S. I think I should have just listened to Big J and stuck with just a lip kit to save myself a lot of headaches, but now that's it's done I really like it.

Gotta do some bigger wheels now. That kit makes the wheels look super small.

Kit looks good. Looks like a couple more fitment spots and you are golden.

That's what I want. So many people have big wheels. Got rid of my 18's and went to 14's because I wanted to look different. I would have put 12's on it if they would have fit over the calipers.

It will look better once I push the wheels out flush and put on the new fender flares.

Thanks. I'm driving it around for a week to get the kit "settled" to find the week spots in the attachments and any gaps, then I'll work on getting those areas flush.

IMO, if you want a small wheel go with 15 or 16's that are wider with a nice lip. I will give you an example. Let me find em.

you could go with either of these with a nice staggered look and they are very affordable.

The smallest they come in are 15's and other local xB's have them as well. The whole reason I went with my current wheels are because they are original. No other local xB has 14's (that I know of anyway).

Wait till you see the fender flares and the new sub-box design I'm working on. Others might not like what I have planned for my xB, but I've nevered cared what others think. ;)

Oh I know, I was just giving you my opinion. Not trying to tell you what to do. Just letting you see some options. Do your think, thats what makes your xB yours.

The current wheels will be staggered. Just want to finish work on the fender flares first.
