Hot Import Nights is known worldwide for its nightclub-themed car show,
combining the energy and excitement of a nightclub with display of
some of the hottest custom cars in the country. The Scion VIP event
gives
Scion owners to show their customized Scion xA, xB, or tC together as
a
group, while providing VIP treatment usually reserved for a privileged
few. Part of that VIP treatment includes a fully-equipped VIP lounge
that will let you relax and enjoy features like gaming machines and
refreshments when you’re not checking out the other features of HIN.

ROLL-IN HOURS
Friday Oct 12th: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Saturday Oct 13th: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (2-hour window only)

How do I get in?
Go to the car show registration/entrance and state that you are with
Scion VIP and also provide your name to the HIN official
They will hand you registration forms and 2 wristbands (1 for driver
and 1 for guest)
The wristband will allow you and your guest access to the event. You
will be directed to the Scion VIP lounge tent.

If you have any problems on the day of the event, please call Preston
Li at 646-529-6009. He will be onsite.

Friday, October 12th
2:00pm - 8:00pm - Scion VIP Roll In

Saturday, October 14th
10:00AM - 12:00 PM Scion VIP Roll In
1:00pm All participants with wristbands allowed back
in
4:00pm Event opens to the public
4:00pm – 11:00 pm DJ starts spinning (Scion VIP Lounge)
4:00pm – 9:00 pm Beverage service begins (Scion VIP Lounge)
6:00pm – 9:00 pm Food service begins (Scion VIP Lounge)
10:10 pm – 11:00 pm Car Show Awards (Main Stage)
11:00pm Event ends

 

Ok so I don't think anyone is leaving there car on Friday so is there a plan to meet up before 10AM and go in together like we did with Nopi?

 

I know of a few people that are going to bring their car in on Friday

 

Let's meet up at Best Buy on Ray Road between 8:30 and 9am roll out 9am to Firebird Sat.

hey guys- i just stopped by HIN last night, WOW - the SCION VIP tent is HUUUUUUUUUUUGE!!!

 

It was not up yet when I dropped my car off yesterday afternoon.

 

Yay just a reminder you need to have a 1/4 tank or you can't get in. I'm dumb and had to reset my gauge last night to get in, which was very easy for me cause I have the XB I feel bad for the TC guys and all those other cars that didn't read the rules..

ah, don't worry man, Scion REALLY came in and took care of you guys. the tent is huge, the lighting inside is awesome, tons of seating and it looks like refreshments inside as well with a big plasma TV. insane.

 

Cool. I was not worried. Scion always takes care of us... I guess we will see you there.
