I spotted a white xB at southern and S Jose. It was lowered on some gun mtal rims, exhuast, eru taillights and some projector headlights

well i was going to ask you to borrow some duct tape or electrical tape, but it seems your a little 'tied up'

theres a yellow [RS2?] box with cali plates, seems to be lowered with black rims and exhaust accross the block from me, i saw him/her drive by once but didnt get a chance to waive. maybe ill walk around the block and say hi.
