Yesterday Nick and I installed my intake. We pulled out the stock air box and I looked at the filter. I was a stock Toyota filter. In July I went and had and oil change and paid to have my air filter replaced. Well I guess they didnt do it. It might have been a simple mistake, but it still was a mistake. I luckly had the receipt in my glove box and took it down to them, and show them my filter and the receipt. They made good we me, they refunded my money and gave me a card for a free oil change. I do appriciate a company standing up for their mistakes.

We were polite to them actually. and they were very helpful. They wanted to go ahead and replace it but. No need.

 

I think polite is always the way to go (at least at first). Most things like that really are just honest mistakes. It is nice when someone does something to try to fix their screw-ups.
