The TV show "Pinks" will be at Speedworld on January the 13th and 14th for the recoding of 9 episodes. The event is being put on again by After 9 Events so they will be having a car show as well.

I will be there both dates all night helping in the booth for one of my companies dealers so at least I get an all access pass . Once i get more information and the flyers are printed i will post it. If enough people are interested could this be thrown up on Scionetics?

Can I bring my tC?

 

what do you mean bring your tC in? Are you wanting to put it in our booth or just enter it in the car show? The car show is open to everyone but if you're wanting to put it in our booth I'll need to talk to the dealer. Maybe see if there's a box he can put in your hatch to show off or something. We have a 12x35 booth.

well the only way i could get a vehicle in our booth is if there is a system or something in the back to show off, even if its not connected I might be able to get a pre fabbed fiberglass piece to slide in that they have at their shop. I'll talk to him about it but I know they have their own luxruy show vehicle but I think they're going to need a tuner to be in their booth for this crowd as well.

Uuummm -- Lets see here -- If I look on scionetics we already have a sign up list
for a show in glendale for the 14th of this month and now this show as well. Which
event are we going to? I know I'm old but you guys are really starting to make this
hard on my brains

 

Well if you're familiar with after 9 events their name suits their events. I believe this event will be going from 6PM to midnight. When they first started they were doing events from like 8PM till 4AM or so, I wouldnt get home till about 6-7 in the morning when i ran a booth at those events.

 

One reason why I asked is that you were listed to attend the other show and I know
how fast things can change you being in the biz an all. But I dont think most will want to
do both shows. I guess I'll just wait and see what everyone else does

 

I'm probably going to visit the kastaways show but I think I'm going to need to sleep in that day to be able to pull off that night shift. I'll just have to see.

 

I havent seen a Pinks recorded at night yet. They do all that during the day. Sounds like a fun trip.. Been out there before, to far for me for a nothing really show. Took me two hours to get home and that was doing 70+ the whole way..
