Possibly the worst idea ever
Well guys,
I realized something the other day as an ASU college student wanting to go on spring break. All spring break trips are the same..... You go somewhere drink allot and pass out with some random skeez. Well this year (being a junior) I don’t want to do the normal. So I put my little brain to thinking and came up with this.
I and my brother are going to be purchasing a ~600 dollar car next week to drive to California and back (hopefully). My girlfriend and her best friend will be in a chase car with another car incase our beater eats the dust.... which id say is about 80% likely.
Now im reaching out to the scion community to find out if any of you know cars for sale in this price range or know any companies that might be able to help 2 brothers fulfill there dream of giving a dying piece of automotive history its last hurrah

you should look into a honda civic... like 90 year... with an oil change and quick check of the vitals... it SHOULD make it... and on good gas mileage...
an older celica also works like a charm but those will be a little more expensive...

im driving to LA myself spring break, ill look for u as u limp ur way across the state. U should get an oooooold CRX, that way when it dies u can push it off a cliff easier!!! I guess that would be my dream.
you could find an old honda that would definately make it! my sis's honda is such a POS and it got from south dakota to western montana, which is about a 14 hour drive...

My friend who is moving and selling his 1982 Toy Crolla/Trecell for 400. I runs has new tires, has exhaust leak, smells like gas, burns oil, might have a coolent leak. windows kinda work. no headliner, has a mystery stain. Drive at least 6 days a week since october. Horn works only when turning. Tape deck works. I dont think it will pass emmissions up notrth but we dont have that crap here. PM me if interested.
