Out of business? Going on 7 weeks now and no order no response to several e mails does anyone know how to contact him other than e mail and his website is suspended to but he took my money the first day. Is randode a fraud? All i want is my parts

Same here! Money accepted but no merchandise and no response to any of my e-mails. Fortunately, I paid via Paypal. I instituted a claim and Paypal refunded my entire payment 5 days ago. (4/10/2012)

I have no idea of what is going on with Randy, but just make sure that you have a way to process a complaint and get a refund should things not work out.

Yup, Randode is a good guy working out of his home's garage in suburbia. Sometimes he doesn't get back to folks real quickly, but he makes excellent parts and is more than legit.

Screwing him via a PayPal claim certainly doesn't help a one man shop working from home, even though I can understand why some folks would go that way.

Randy's not a fraud, just a bit buried, sometimes.

 

I agree with most of what Tomas says above except a quick note from him making people aware of delays up front would probably help his reputation... he has been less than stellar communicating with folks over a long period of time and have mad quite a few folks upset...however when and if you get parts from him they will be well made...

 

Randy finally got a smart phone, about friggin time...Now emails go straight to phone...Bump for Randode...
