For now this is what we need....

For you to become a member of Scion Apocalypse you must have:
(You will still need to be excepted by Scion Apocalypse)


6 mods or more..

Must have:

1. Wheels
2. Lowered
3. Audio/video (must have both)

The other 3 mods are up to you.

We are in the making of shirts and sticker as we speak.

You also must attend atleast 10 meets/shows per year

Video mods have never helped my car handle better before
Well, then again, the only reason why I have the deck I have is because of the G-Meter in it for cornering fun.

Yeah...guess my interests are different.

 

I know the point is for people who are serious about modding but I can see some people that would want to be in this club and just cuase they don't have all of the requirements yet, well they can't because for example they don't have both audio and video...let just say they have a kick A$$ Audio system and meet your 6 mod minimum and their car is Bad A$$. but since they don't have any video they can't be involved in your club. I have no idea if there are club dues involved in this or not since nothing like that was stated, but I would think that if you were willing to pay dues to join a club anyone should be able to join.

Its almost like saying with all of these general meets that we have here that you aren't welcome if your completely stock. Or what if someone is just starting to mod their car.... and in time they will have all that is required are you going to make them wait to join til everything is done?? They way its worded seems like to me. But then again if you are wanting to exclude people it is your right since it is your guy's club.

Anyway its just my .02 Cents and maybe things will be a little clearer once the rest of the details are layed out there for people to see.

Don't think I've ever seen so much contriversy (sp) over a "club". Is it because some people don't like cetain individuals? What gives?

 

We all know it was bound to happen for clubs to start forming and joining their combined efforts which is totally fine in the whole scope of things. I dont think that clubs like Scikotics and ScionApocalypse are not going to be friendly or rude just cause you are stock or not in their club. right boys????????....This is just something that is being offered as an opportunity or option for those that wish to be part of a club.

For those that wish to be apart of the club that is your right and those that dont then that is okay too. I look at it this way. If they are forming clubs and want to succeed then they will need to be active with everyone in the community and also putting events on that you probably will attend or want to. If they dont they will never get the recognition they want or need to succeed.



Disclaimer: In no way am I supporting either club or gettting anything from it. I can see the good from having multiple clubs if done right and not taken out of context.

 

Good call Chad. Even though I poke fun at it, I'm glad you said what you said.

Even if I never qualified to be in a club with because of a different modification focus of my Scion, I would treat people in the club no differently then any other enthusiast.

 

I forgot to mention whether you are in a club or not. You still drive a Scion and apart of this community.

 

When I first got my xb I wanted to join a club, but then I was introduced to Scionetics and met alot of cool ppl and alot of yall I call my friends. Now I am at a cross road where some of my friends are with this club, some are with that club, and some are still the un-club. I dont wanna feel like I am leaving friends for other friends. So I think my best bet would be to stay put and represent Scionetics and do my best to keep up with the Jones.
