Considering I am rollin on stockie's....... no but does it count that had 2 of my beauty rings under my el camino and forgot they were there and back over them when I pulled my elco out a while ago and damaged both of them....

My wife scratched a small nick in one of my Motegi rims when my xB was less than 12 hours old by rubbing up against a curb.

 

honestly have you seen my rims.... stupid u turns

 

Nearsightedness (curbing) doesn't count.

We're talking more about rims being bent, cracked or out-right broken.

I had a customer destroy three rims (2 on the first try, then another later) and we were able to replace them under the rim & tire protection product we sold him when he bought the car. They'll cut him off at $2500.00 in repairs but, still, he got three rims & tires replaced! Talk about happy!

 

i hit a BAD AZZ pothole doing about 80 i thought that i blew out both passenger side tires and got that sick feeling in my stomach right after... i was just soo happy that nuthing was wrong with the tires just two mean gouges in the rims..

 

Did he shred the tires and drive on the rims?

 

Yes, they were stolen!

 

19's + giant pothole + 60mph = 3 destroyed Wheels They were only a month old, at least the insurance covered it

I damaged 3 of the 4 18"s on my FM tC by trying to get friendly with some curbs. I have vowed no rim damage on the NBM... Most of the tCs that come back in from our staff have chunks missing from the rim. We have had a few instances of bent rims as well.

 

Curb rash on all 4...thinking of buying new rims

first week of having the car i clipped a sewer opening and took a nice chunk out of my tire and dinged up the rim

 

if you get damage from a pothole in the road can't you contact the city and complain for them to pay for it?

 

Wifey had a little close encounter of the curb kind and scratched the rear lip...No biggie though, she let me buy them in the first place!
