FYI, here is the exact times and meeting places:

Event: Pavilions Meet
What: Let's roll on the Pavilions this Saturday night. East side can meet at Krispy Kreme at AZ Mills, west side can meet up in the service drive (shade) at Camelback Scion. Be at your roll-out of choice by 6PM so we can roll out by 6:30.
When: 07/22/2006| Starts @ 6:00PM
Where: 9190 E Indian Bend Rd
Scottsdale, AZ

 

Don't forget. Don't wait at the AZ Mills Krispy Kreme for me. I am heading out the the Pavilions early to get a parking spot so I will see you all there.

ok guys, i just talked to Robert, and he and i were thinking of heading up there early so we could have good spots. he has been up there countless times and says that it is always packed. however, it has always been on his bike, so he doesnt know about parking for cars. i personally have never been up there, so my opinion is based off what he says.

question is do you guys want to meet up a little earlier so we can get a spot? we were thinking KK (for the east side) around 3- leave at 330 on the dot, and get there a little after 400 depending on traffic.

if no one else wants to go earlier, then we'll see you up there later on.

we just think it would be cool to get everyone together and have all of us in one spot for everyone to check us out.

The xB was not ready and won't be till tomorrow.

 

That is WAY too early to go up there. The original timeline would be better, there will actually be people there. 3:00 is a good time to go during the winter months bacause of weather/daylight, but 3:00 in the summer is just too damn early. I would say 5:00 at the VERY earliest. But personally, the closer to sundown, the better.

 

The show starts at about 4:00pm correct? I want to get up there early enough to get a good spot for the car. I want to show the car and not have to park it outside of the show area in the parking lot.

If you don't want to go up early that's fine. I might be getting up there early but it's a test run to see what time I need to be there to get a good spot as I plan on making this a weekly event for the FHC. (Unless we have another meet somewhere else). Plus I can always go to the McDonalds and eat / sit / B.S. if I am early.

 

3... even 4... is way too early. I say stick with the original plan.

 

As we stated above, the 3pm meet up is not for everyone, it is just for those people who want to get there early and get a good spot for their vehicle in the show. If you don't want to get there early we will meet up with you later at the Pavilions.
