We'll put the Havasu run up after you guys choose your date. Either 11/18 or 12/2 for Havasu.

I think we have decided on the date!!! November 25th! (Saturday) if you think earlier date let us know!!!!!

I just got the trophies price and ready to be built.....

Just so there is no problems, here is how it goes..

Trophies are $140.43 after tax after the first 14 to pay all extra money made will go to raffles or the winners, you choose.

$10 TO SHOW

I will be setting up my paypal to get this all ready to go and to keep everyone informed on how much money there will be in the raffles. We are also trying but not guaranteed to have some prizes as well.

The show will take place at the Safeway Car Show in Peoria
The hotrod guys will be writing down the numbers they like best and put in a box to be counted. (numbers will be placed on windshield)

To make it fun and fair, you are not aloud to talk to any of the people looking at your vehicles, so there will be no pointing out things on your car. This means they judge you on what they see and like out of each of your scions. So all of you have a chance

There will be trophies for 1st thru 3rd place....

Car Show will start at 6:30 pm so it is dark for those of you with lighting.

Judging will take place around 7:15 or so..

After show we will most likely go to Applebee's or some other place for the after meet.


Randy and myself will not be showing... This is a show for you guys!

It is always hard to pick dates because it isn't going to work for everybody. Would I like to attend? Yes! Do I think we should try and change the date? No, not unless a majority of the group can't attend!

 

So how many classes are there going to be. Are we still going to have just 3? That's cool with me if we are, just checking...
