Scion CarWash Meet
How about a meet at a carwash. Spend a few hours washing and detailing your Scion towards the late afternoon.
I wash and detail my XB every 2 weeks at the carwash on the North side of Warner between Almaschool Rd and Arizona Ave. It's a $1 to start the wash. I ususally spend about $5 on the high pressure wash and then $1.50 for the blow dry... then pull off into one of there 2 huge parking lot spaces OR they have the vacuum drive ports, and do a detail dry then a detail wax. I spend a total of $6.50 plus detail supplies. They also have a touchless automatic carwash but its not the same as using your hands.
I have never had my XB washed by anything other than me. I like to caress and rub all over the smooth sheet metal with exotic waxs and I al.....oops... nevermind... ummm ... yea.... it shines like a Diamond when done. Plus, having polished shoes may get you some ladies?
Anywise... feedback is cool.

i like to wash mine at home with my wash mit
and usually takes me over an hour to take my time and get each spot. Sounds interesting but dont think i would be doing it. I also don't like the idea of using those brushes in those places in fear of scratching the paint, i've heard bad things about those.

Just got this idea [
well now that i think about it i guess it wouldnt be that bad if i bring my own stuff and just use their water, sure would be nice to have the shade of that structure to prevent water spots.
