Nucat,

Help some of us out here. There seems to be a lot of questions on the current sign up.

1. Is anyone that signs up on the scion site entered in the show?
2. Are we going to receive confirmation email so we have something to show NOPI
3. Is there an area reserved for us to park in at NOPI
4. Is anyone from Scion going to be there to hang with us, or set anything up.
5. For those that signed up at NOPI, How do they go about getting the money back in a timely matter.
6. Roll in procedures - DO we just roll in with the rest of everyone?
7. Any and all details that can be given out would be much appreciated to ease peeps minds on what is going on.

Thanks

1. Is anyone that signs up on the scion site entered in the show? Yes
2. Are we going to receive confirmation email so we have something to show NOPI NOPI will have a Registration list of everyone who signs up on the Scion site
3. Is there an area reserved for us to park in at NOPI We will work with NOPI to set aside an area for Scions, but late arrivals may be separated from the group
4. Is anyone from Scion going to be there to hang with us, or set anything up. Yes, Gabrielle from the Denver Region and Sheila from National will be out at the event.
5. For those that signed up at NOPI, How do they go about getting the money back in a timely matter. NOPI has assured us that they are processing the refunds. If you haven't received it already, it should be processed shortly following the event.
6. Roll in procedures - DO we just roll in with the rest of everyone? Yes, follow the roll-in procedure on the NOPI website. Based on the number of RSVP's we have on Friday, we'll work with NOPI to designate a Scion area7. Any and all details that can be given out would be much appreciated to ease peeps minds on what is going on.
Not sure what to add -- lunch will be served in a Scion hospitality area each day; please post any other questions

You can take your car if you want and set up again on Sunday. You can leave it as we will have security in the vendor area overnight. Judging is usually Saturday but may go into Sunday if they do not get through.

we're probably not going to have our kids their the whole time...since the oldest is just 6 i don't think they'd have fun the ENTIRE time. but they'll probably be there for a while

i thought the judging is going to be on Sunday and in order to be judged you have to be there both days. i guess you can leave your car there but they are not responsible for anything that happens while it is there. I will probably be taking my car home sat night and setting up again in the morning.

In order to receive and award you have to be there both days. Does matter what day your car is judged does it??

Well I won't be able to stay sat but I'll be there sunday so I guess that means I won't be able to be judged, but that's cool since I really just wanna show off the car and check out all the other scion rides there and just chill havin fun.

How do I confirm my rsvp?

there is 100 free spots to NOPI and only 23 signed up, I hope that more people have actually registared but didnt sign up on scionetics. If scion is going to flip the bill we should be making a bigger turn out, specially if we want them to do anything like this for us again.
