Default Scion United Event

Woo hoo! What a fabulous weekend it was. I haven't made it out to a huge Scion event in a while, and this reminded me that they are definitely all about the owners. It was so great meeting all the new owners and hanging with people I haven't seen in a while.

Thanks to Scion and all the sponsors of this event. 500 owners with sweeeet rides in one place....I don't think I've ever seen that.

I know that there were some things that should not have happened. I'm not discounting the negativity of the snafu's and out-right f'ups. However, all things considered, Scion tried hard to show us appreciation and Beyond Marketing appears to be the group who didn't think it all through.

Good luck to anyone that had damage and had to file a claim. I'm sorry the awesome weekend ended on a negative note. Can't wait to see all of you again soon!

I had a great time, my car has damage but the whole event was wonderful and i hate that it has to end with negative issues, but Scion will take care of all the damage.

Thanks SCION for such a great event. I met alot of neat people and got lots of neat things..

well spoken Heidi, I knew I liked you for a reason. Thank you SCION for this incredible event, this was a much needed and well appreciated vacation for my girlfriend and I.

I'm sorry to see it ended on a bad note but since nothing really happened bad enough to me that towers over how great of a weekend i had I'm not going to dwell on it. This does not mean I am putting down anyone that has complaints at all though, I just didnt have any major damage to my car done.

I'm looking into it to find out why it was deleted and whats' going on with that. Please do not go blasting on the forums about it being deleted at this point.

I know that some people had some bad stuff happen to their cars on this event but I think everyone also has to look at the positive and we all basically got a free awesome vacation , were well pampered with gifts and hospitality, and all got a rare chance to meet people from all over the US that have the same common interest as ourselves and have a great time with those people.

I am not discounting what happend on Sunday, I just don't want people to lose sight of the big picture or have it cloud the entire weekend which was pretty awesome. if you're going to post something negative, please try to post at least two positives for ever negative if you really have to post a negative. I know you HAVE to have at least two positives from this weekend.

i was just curious because sounded like a good show. only thing i could see about bad part would be the valet part ( i dont trust anyone touching my car or driving it at all and its nothing compared to anyone else's)

+1 with the no blasting on Scion, they're the best damn car company I've ever seen. If we go a blasting then let's find out who was in charge of the valets... those were the serious mistake.

Awesome weekend for sure! It was nice meeting you all who attended even if I may not remember your names (waaaaayyyy too much alcohol, though not as much as that guy who passed out and was taken to the hospital)

Anywho, no damage to my b so I am happy about that. Sorry to those that got some damage, that's a real bummer. It was kinda to be expected though considering most people had their rides dropped just a few inches from the ground and surrendered their keys to valet so they can drive it in rough terrain for a couple of days, it's just a given some cars would get damaged.

I had a good time. My front end is scratched alittle, but mainly under the valance. So not a big deal to me. All in all I think it was alot of fun.
