ok, brief paragraph.

Misdirected,brushed off,not a care in the world about the customer... I was hung up on when trying to find answers, put on hold since they did not want to talk to me, till I got frustrated and hung up. Lied to about what I was trying to order. My wife was screamed at and they made her cry. *BAD BAD very bad, I usally hurt people for doing this*
And finally when got tired of dealing with them on the phone and showed up in person. None of the people that I spoke to wanted to man up and say sorry, give me a straight answer, or even offer to come talk face to face. Not even the manager. Just some shipping flunky going.. Heres your box, and walked away.

So you take what you want from that situation, Me.. they can go take a long walk off a short pier.

 

Im sorry i'm a bit confused.. we do have new managment and i am a completely different person doing this forum also. Would love to help fix any issues we had before that is for sure. Feel free to PM me

first time went in without a appointment cause i needed my car fixed asap, and they got it done.

very satisfied.

2nd time, still satisfied with their work, took a bit longer but quality of work was still there.


the only problem i experience there was, they need a xbox 360 with NFSC to play while i wait, reading is boring.lol.

i personaly like vividracing, bought my s-pipe and my agency power exhaust from them and got great service on the phone and when i was there to pix up my stuff.

so do i still get the free dyno for buying parts back then?

or at least a discount on a dyno just to see what my car pulls?
