Default So I just got my 2006 SW tC

so I just got my tC and I absolutely love it so far. I'm sure there are a thousand posts saying this but I'm wondering what everyone is doing first to mod their tC's. I've already done audio and have about 2k left to spend. I'm going to hold off on wheels/tires I decided until I wear down the stock tires. Anyone have any suggestions which route to go? and what the costs of certain things usually run?

Mods = randode.com

Lower your tC. It makes the biggest difference in appearance and is a relatively inexpensive mod. More bang for your buck.

Definitely get your windows tinted if you have not already done so.

Also, register and check out the scionetics.com photo albums and event calendar. You can come check out some of the hottest Scions in the Valley at our next event. You will get TONS of inspiration.

Great choice of vehicles, BTW! Happy driving!

Congrats on the new car and glad you like it so much.

My first mod and many others here to was getting RockBlocker so you dont chip up that pretty paint.

If you want cool mods see Randode - I cant compete with his toys.

hope to see you around

Chad

Doh! You NEED RockBlocker. Find our thread about tumbleweed run-ins.

Sorry Chad for the no love. I owe ya. I am off-kilter tonight.

Welcome and congrats on the new tC, woohoot, another tC.

If you want to protect your ride and have the peace of mind you defiantly need to put the clear bra on the car. Then I would opt for looks, springs and sway would be a quick and cost effective mod. Not now, but tint is a must.

If I were you I'd go hit up Chad (rockblocer) and have him wrap your front end with Rockblocke to protect your car from rock chips. Then I would go hit up Randode and have him lower you car. Thats what I'd do anyway.
