anybody talk to Mark about a Spring Quake 2008? I talked to him alttle and he said he was trying to get it done but i havent heard from him since. I really had a blast last year and would love to go hang out with all you AZ peeps again!

This will be the best meet you've ever attended. Just like the last one was and just like Scion Independence will be.

Scion dealers in the D&S region will be offered primary sponsor opportunities and I hope they're smart enough to get involved this time. I'm pretty sure we'll be able to count on Camelback, Avondale and Larry's. I want to go after Big 2, Right and Superstition Springs. I hope to hear from Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada and Utah stores as well.

Some vendors will be invited to participate with prizes and activities. The key word here being participate. Maybe each vendor will need a Scion club to sponsor them into consideration? I dunno, something for the planning committee to decide

What I do know is this was a much bigger job than I anticipated last year and I will be interested in having a group of advisers from the Scion community involved so, if you're interested, please let me hear from you. Participating dealers will get a seat automatically.

Cool. I guess a good start would be to identify the dealers we want involvement from in our own areas of the D&S region. Then we contact them.

Next, we'll schedule a meeting for the people involved in the planning. I'd like to have a crystal clear plan in place by the end of August.
