is it too late for people to register for the event now for free so more people can participate or is registration closed?

Mark, so are you going to email everyone or only the people that had there name on scionetics. Cause I was planning on going too, but I havn't paid yet cause I was waiting to see what was going on with this event. I'm still a little bit confused on what is going on.

i personally think that to *"salvage" the event to maybe leave the registration open until they day(s) of the event or like a small late registration fee. i think that may attract some of those late comers even though this shindig is only like 2 days out. but that is just what i think.

*when i say salvage I'm not implying that this show has tanked I'm just saying the lower turn out.

oh and how many registered cars are there?

well theres 31 registered on scionetics! ohh does that mean i finally get a scionetics.com sticker?

maybe if the registration stayed open till the day before the event or something it would encourage those last minute shoppers to reg and go. well theres only 2 days till the event. i hope we fond out something soon

I will email everyone the addresses and times tomorrow night.

Oh yeah... Everyone is getting their registration refunded. We're not having the huge crowd we expected so we've cut back the event.
We're doing all day Friday as planned then ending it at F1 Race Factory on Saturday.

I'm buying dinner for the out-of-towners at a meet and greet Thursday night at Chinos

The email will have the details in it and refunds should all be donw before 'Quake.

I guess nobody reads anything.

I'm sure Mark is buying for the people coming from out of town to make up for an event smaller than they anticipated.

I apologize if I sounded a little harsh, I'm sick.

It sounds to me like the F1 thing is on, just not the dinner/show & shine.

I'm under the impression that the rest of the stuff is still payed for other than if you wanted to do the meet and greet on thursday night.

1.Thursday 6:30 at Chino Bandito Takee Outee, out of townees paid for?

2. cowboy breakfast

3. Friday lunch Peoria Sports Complex for a Cactus League game

4. Friday night fashion show, dinner and dancing

5. Saturday Breakfast and lunch F1 Race Factory. After a short registration/licensing/breakfast session we'll have full access to the 45MPH go-karts, NASCAR Pit Crew Challenge and all other attractions FI Race Factory offers

There will be a regular type meet at Avondale Scion on Saturday night that is not part of the Quake. See this thread https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=166914

I think I'm right, but like I said, I have no insider info, just going from what I've read on here.

And the Saturday night dinner. At least that is how I understood it.
