for the heads up on the Wal-Mart Wii situation. Brent hit the one on FLW and the 101 last night after the Pavilions, and he was told that they weren't going on sale until 6 am. But, he stopped at the new one on 19th Ave and Bell on the way home, and found a line of 6 people.....and they had 7 in stock! Woo Hoo....happy kids and a happy Dudehitt did some Wii bowling today after the kids' birthday party.
(we did a combo deal - Michael's bday was 3/17 and Meg's is 4/14, so we split the difference and had it today for both of them.)

We appreciate the insider info!!

Wii review:

that thing is crazy fun!

boxing is too much like exercise, I was sweating at the end of one match.

I'm not bad at golf.

I suck at bowling, just like real life. two games = 67 & 74, I can't figure out how to get rid of my wicked hook.

baseball is ok

tennis is the best. I can sit on my butt on the couch with a beer and swing away.

 

THE ONLY WAY TO PLAY TENNIS....HAHAHA...

I'll tell you what, the bowling is a blast. I played it the first time this weekend.

 

you're wrong, the bowling sucks.

The first time I played my 9-year-old daughter pounded me 149 to 67, then my wife beat me 147 to 74. It can't possibly be me, it's the game's fault.

 

that Wii was insane amounts of fun at the party friday night, i will be getting one for sure.

 

I love the bowling. My 9 year old kicks my butt at baseball.

 

Glad to hear you found your way to the one on FLW (after going the wrong way ) .To bad they weren't selling them yet. But since you did get one, and I haven't ever played one before, so you should expect me to be over. Be sure and tell your kids so they are ready to share.

I need to get another controller. I'm pretty sure I could take any of them at baseball, tennis, or even boxing if we went head to head. Of course I could only do one boxing match before I keel over dead of a heart attack, but I would beat them. If I was losing at the game, I could always turn around and punch them in the face. None of them could take that

 

or you can do what Dave does and Reset the game and start over.......
