from another site, somebody said from a honda forum there was to be a slow car lineup, or should i read it as a slow cruise driving lineup, because that many cars, too much revving, makes too much problems. Its a cruze not a race, please keep it safe.

DATE: August 5th
TIME: meet between 8:00-8:30 p.m. Leave At 9:00 p.m.
DRIVE:We will be taking the 101 east to the pavillions, stop there for a little break ,meetup again at the empty parking lot across from the pavillions. From there, Proceed 101south to 60 to 202 to I10 to 101 back to Deer Valley 30 parking Lot.

Probably won't happen.
First off ,we would need to get permits etc.
Second the loop goes all through different jurisdictions, I don't think that a mesa cop or glendale are gonna drive the hole loop.
Third Highway patrol would be the one escourting. And they are priks.
Just everyone be respectable and lets have a good time.


OH AND TO ADD : WE WILL BE GOING THE SPEED LIMIT. That will alow for cars to pass and see all the brilliance that is we...

can an XB actually even break a speed limit??

 

i think the whole group should go 12mph over through the speed cameras on the 101 in Scottsdale, then we'd make the news for sure we just gotta make sure to not take up all the lanes, that really makes people mad and could prob get us in some trouble

 

Well, a certian xB did 110 on the NM run... while waving to people all the way up to 110

Probably not very fast?

 

the xB doesn't have a speed limiter, it doesn't need one. Redline in 5th (manual) would be about 130 mph. Auto would be a little faster, but stock you can't get over about 115-120.

 

I've never went over the speed limit in mine, but I hear the BSP xB's will do 118 according to the speedo.

 

Oh boy, no more waiting. Can't wait to see everyone tonight, should be fun ride.

I MET UP WITH SOME CAR CLUBS ON MY WAY HOME LAST NITE AND RECRUITED SOME PT CRUISERS, AND THE OTHER CLUB WAS A BUNCH OF RICERS THAT I DODNT CARE MUCH FOR AND DROVE RIGHT PAST THEM....

CANT WAIT ITS GOING TO BE GREAT!!!!! SCIONS OUT NUMBER EVERYONE.....

 

I have some bad news that I'm not too happy about.......turns out the springs i bought were counterfit so the entire driver side of the car is about an inch lower than the passenger causing it to dig into the plastic wheel well and too risky for me to go tonight.

I go in a couple hours to get another set of H techs that i know are real and tomorrow i take it into the ER at Randodes to perform an emergency spring operation.
