Default Ugh! I guess it's my turn

So as I was driving through the parking lot at Deer Valley 30, a guy in a Lexus SUV started backing out and hit me in the side. Didn't hit me really hard, just enough to scoot the xB over a couple inches and hurt my neck . Guy claimed I was at fualt but thats BS! I have the right away, when backing out you are at fualt.

Funny thing was, the guy worked for Toyota Financial and i forgetwho it was, either his cousin or a friend developed accesssories for the xB's.

Both his and my insurance companies are closed today so I'm stuck waiting till tuesday to get anything started.

This will have to be something the Insurance companies will have to duke out. Being on Private Propertly, you may both be considered at fault, unfortunately.

Sorry to hear about this.

So I went to CB yesterday and got a qoute. $3,300 to fix the damage. Not bad I guess. It needs a new rear passenger door, new rear quarterpanel and rear bumper
