I didn't do it; I actually got it from another posting on an email list I belong to...from a Pittsburgh fan, BTW....I'm assuming someone photoshopped Cowher's head onto a Wallie-world employee.

At first glance I just thought it was some guy that looked like him. I didn't see the nametag until later.
I really don't understand the point, though. If he had been forced out or fired I understand, but he basically left because he wanted to. His family chose to move, he chose to leave. You only work at WalMart when you get fired.
