Ok, I asked the the shop foreman about the motor. He was telling me it was from over reving BUT not from the current driver. The owner did buy it used and it had a slight miss in the motor due to a bent valve. That bent valve then broke and wiped out the piston and the rest is obvious. Good news is, warranty is covering it
....
