Go to randy. He knows what he is doing when it comes to suspension work. He is really fast too. He'll have it done in a hr or two tops.

yeah go to randy for it, heard nothing but good stuff from him.. dont ever do spring work by yourself, trust me its not worth the time kuzs it takes forever unless you know what to do already, especially w/o no air tools. i learned my lesson but i learnd a lot from trial and error so it was a experience.
