Just went to Sunrise Ski Resort in my Xb. There were times driving through the canyons on the way there that I would floor it and it wouldn't go over sixty. I guess that is part of the tiny engine/good gas mileage package. So at the resort no one could stop staring at this bright green box. It was pretty funny. Well here is a picture.

 

that's awesome. doesn't look real cold up there though lol. that does make me want to go try my new board out though (i've never gone snowboarding but i bought a board last november) how was it?

 

It wasn't bad for this late in the year. My face got really burnt. I think that might be the last weekend Sunrise is open. It wasn't very cold.

 

Man I wish I was able to hit the slopes this year! Awsome pick showing the resort in the background. n7s right, it doesn't look very cold at all. I can't remember the last time I was up there and the parking lot didn't have any snow on it... doesn't even look moist.

 

I guess they got lots of snow last week, so that was the leftover. I only went twice there this year, because it was a bad year for rain and snow. It was probably in the mid 60s.

 

Too bad AZ didn't get hit hard when Colorado saw one of its better years. At least you were able to go though.

 

Yeah it was still fun. Better than sitting at home watching basketball or something.
