Default ZENN springs?

I just ordered some wheels off Nextwheels.com and they are thowing in a set of these springs for free. Has anyone on the forum heard of these? Or have them on their Tc? If so what are they like?

I personally am a fan of Eibach, but if they are throwing them in with the wheels I thought I would ask...I never heard of them before.... They almost look like Tein ripoff.

I would hate to put them on my car and hate them...

i've never heard of them.
a tC spring install isnt something that you want to do twice if you can avoid it. I would pick up some Eibachs, Goldlines, or another quality spring.

Yeah, that is what I was thinking too....but i needed to ask being that I will get getting them with the wheels.

Is there a place here in Phoenix besides CB Scion that sells Eibach or would I be better off getting them on line?

I'm sure you can find Eibach's locally. If you want Goldlines, I have them in stock. $180.

Goldline springs and a drop from Randode is the best deal in town.

Have you tried the Goldlines? If so what problems (if any) did you have with them? I love my GoldLines but have only had them for about 3 months and want to be aware of any problems (If there are any to speak of).

I've heard they are a bit bouncy.. I do not know, and will not know. I will not buy the Goldlines. Too much $$$ in comparison to the other BIG names. $20 cheaper (local) not including instal (who needs it, do it urself)..... anyways..... go Eibachs or Tein then cut em!

My Goldlines are great, no problems with bounce at all. And the $50 I paid Randode to install them was well worth the cash as I did not have the car jacks or the time to do it myself. Plus I got the see the Merc while at his house.

I have a 2" drop and 18" Motegi FF7's and they fit just fine, the 19"'s would rub but only at full lock.

I got 19" x 9.5" Konig Unknowns, I know that I am going to need to lower it for I don't want it to look like a 4x4. Do you think the Eibach pro-kit will sit my car on the 19's nicely? They only lower the car 1" to 1.5".

I had a Koni Eibach suspension on my GST and loved the way it handeled. I think Eibach might be the way I will go. Stick with what I know works.

question is what size tire too? 9.5 is a hella wide rim to be rolling under the box, something like that you will probally rub no matter what you do unless your doing a adjustable strut set up so you can fine tune the height to clear that rim.

street sport industries has them on ebay $36 for the springs and $39 to ship as a buy it now price on the tc, i contacted them on the price and it is correct, (09/06/06) and if they're being given away with rims by a shop, they cant be good. i think ill stick with the big names.

265? 30? damn, expect rubbing and a very uncomfortable ride. 9.5 for a rim on a tc without maybe a widebody might be to excessive, but, just my 2 cents....
