Some of you may or may not know, im a BIG FREAK when it comes to fireworks and the 4th of July. Its my favorite holiday in the whole year. Well would you guys want to throw a bbq somewhere, and all pitch in for fireworks ?? Only thing is where can we do it without being harrassed by the cops or because of our cars? Do we do it in the city or somewhere else. Input is needed. If you guys arent up for it, thats cool. I'll just celebrate it my own damn self !!!

i know a couple of places that i wnet last yr and they could care less about fireworks. my neighbor is a cop and his kids lit up fireworks all month too.

i have to find out if we can attend, its a friend of a friend, in a gated community that has a lake, and they do their own thing, but u do what u do, have ur own show!
if not my place, or my buddys place. at my place the cop next door could be a good help if police care, i dont know if they do or not. ill find out.

In indy, its legal to buy them , but illegal to light them. In chicago its illegal to do all, but city cops can careless considering 99.9% of all people are doing. To many peeps to bail. Now if your being stupid with them then yea they'll stop you.

o.k so I just confirmed my ticket and I get back from mexico @ 5 in the morning on July 4 so what up.. are you going to get more fireworks.. Yeah most of the city cops could care less. Unless you injure yourself or someone else. Then they might tack on a fine. However, if you try to bring it into chicago from the border... the cops (but mainly the state troopers) will probably tear ya a new bunghole.

There's actually a public grade school by my house that a couple cops sort of rope off the area of the parking lot and let people blow off their fireworks and they monitor to make sure ya don't do anything stupid.

2 words "Bottle Rocket"
We used to make guns out of pvc pipe and shoot them at eachother. Light them and throw them, shoot them out of your shoe laces I could go on and on about the many uses of a bottle rocket. I think I will be up at this lake in michigan where my friend rents a place for the summer and all the people that live on the lake put on a pretty good show. The good ones to get are the variety pack of mortors that are a little smaller than a tennis ball and you put them in the included tube and shoot them. The best time to buy is the week before when they have all there sales to get rid of everything.

thats the worse time to do it because state troopers are everywhere by the border. Theres this place where i always buy mine which is buy on get one free. Went there 4 years ago a week to the 4th and they DIDNT HAVE ****. thats why i dont do that sale thing.

 

if u come to the show in my town next weekend u can stop by and get fireworks on the way home
