I was just curious to see if anyone was running airbags year round in this climate? I've heard some people say they do, but it's been few and far between.

If you are running bags, are there any problems with cold weather, snow or salt?

 

i had cylnders in the winter and hated it. they currently rest in my garage for over a yr

 

I won't drive in the salt or even heavy snow. afraid of corrosion on the brass fittings and snow chunks ripping of a line. Cold heavy air is also hard to compress and the compressors work really hard at that.

 

Gotcha -- I guess it would be a bad idea.

 

Its a horrible idea. Your airlines freeze up and your cylinders hold air, but always collapse on bumps............. Air is for temps over 50.
