Hey all,
I don't know about the rest you, but I dislike winter. Cold stinging air, no one wants to do anything, etc. I already miss our little impromptu cruises. I sit nervously waiting for a bodykit. I'll have to wait till spring to even screw with it. I have these nifty door handles to install. I want to redo my airride now and change the stereo system a bit. But it's sooo cold. I have no room to do anything. The reason I come up with this? Too much time to think about the car.
There are no really good threads to read(besides the VIP ones with the cool pics). ScionEvo is almost non existant. I got on some other forums, but they are slow too. BTW, is anyone else on myspace? I have been curious about it for sometime. Anything cool there maybe? I should just move to Cali. They have all the fun times. Cruises, car shows, picnics. ----->Chicago

 

yeah i know what you mean. But to think realistaclly winter is almost over, well 3 more months, but still .

 

always can find a shop/ heated garage to work on your car

but me i like the cold freazin my hands off outside while washing my car and doing a easy install

but to each there own

 

i gotta do some stuff too, but i have no garage. and the only time during the day with some sunlight is on the weekends. so that sucks. but today i get off of work at 2 and get to do a simple install. mu ah ah

 

im up for cruises even if it is freezing
and i hate chicago to, but for more reasons

 

for those of us mooching off the father's heated pole barn/workshop, the weather is nice, actually... now, if only I had money

 

Yep! Winters do suck around here. My Box has been sitting on my driveway for the past month and I haven't driven it. I'm trying not to get any road salt on it and so far so good. Can't wait till Spring gets here so that I can start "modding" my car for the new car show season...

 

my car is currently black from the line down (tC line by the handles and taillights, u know)
lots of snow and driving this weekend and to cold to wash
i hate it, poor thing

 

45 degrees today time to hand wash, wax and vacuum to get all the ecky road grime mixed in with salts and other junk mixed in

 

4 hours later i got a sexy lookin car once again hella clean too!!!

 

In four more hours we're gonna have more snow. Oh boy!

i plan on not washing my car anytime soon anyway because knowing the crazyass chicago weather it will probably snow tomorrow. remeber to keep some WD-40 on those exhaust systems. you dont want the salt to rust'em , do ya? Hope the spring hit so i can put on my springs again. i miss ridin low.
