Can't post to classifieds
Can anybody help or offer suggestion?

You're not supposed to be able to. If you check the rules (there are separate rules for the Classifieds) you need to have at least 50 posts and be a member for at least 14 days.
Any attempt to post any ads outside of the Classifieds will be locked.
