As inputted in page 1, im getting there at 11 to not only hold some spots, but to hold a court and a place on the park. I say 11 cuz mostly everyone will be at church by then.

it wont add that much but since you came up with it and cant eat with out it!!!

 

just a suggestion, food-wise

the arrachera will turn out dry unless you marinate it in a sazón/salpicón of some sort the day before.
really simple stuff:
1- some olive oil, tomato puree, lime juice, spices, onion, serrano chiles, perejil, and salt/pepper
2- place it all in a ziploc bag with the arrachera and let it marinate in the frig for at least 4 hrs.
3- and enjoy
