CHICAGO: SCION SLAM -- Saturday, June 3rd
yeah, i know this is a bit last minute... but, i was just contacted by the promoter handling Scion Slam and they want to have us again this year.

Scion has set up a large bball tourney for the enlisted members and their families. In the meantime, they are able to take some of the Scions for test drives, and visit some vendor booths (XM, ESPN, etc).
There were about 8 of us that went last year. We basically set-up to the side of the courts and displayed our rides. People would come up and ask us questions about Scions in general and about our mods.
It was a rather laid back affair -- plus we got some great Scion swag (large backpack, Scion sunscreen, etc.)

Scion Slam Custom Car Show Details
Come show off your ride at the Scion Slam Custom Car Show. Parking will be on a first come first serve basis... no pre-registration necessary. Get hooked up with a custom window decal just for entering.
The panel of judges will decide on the three hottest rides at the show. The car show is open to all makes and models, so roll with your import, domestic, SUV, pick-up, sport compact, whatever.
Judging will be based on:
• Personalization
• Creativity
• Style
Prizes for the car show are as follows:
• First Place: $250 Plus trophy
• Second Place: $100
• Third Place: $50
Listen up for the MC to announce the winners at approximately 3pm.

they would like at least 10 Scions representing/supporting
for those that sign-up, there is some additional personal information that will be required from you so you have clearance to access the military base.
