I have still only got the roll-in instructions. I suppose there will be no confirmation. Why do I have this feeling there will be a BIG clusterf#$k? Well, I will bring the order number I got when I paid as well as the instruction sheet. To whom it may concern, Better make sure we exist as a class this time unlike Forumla D. I'll protest if that happens again! I still fail to believe that no one happened to notice about 8 Scions at the show but we were not on the list when we arrived. But we got in. Idiots!! There will be (hopefully) 30 of us this time. Any final preps need to be taken care of with the HIN staff if need be so there are no screwups. I just like everything to go smoothly for us as a group. So, no gooffin off on the way to the show as well as in the meeting place. we can't afford any problems. That means no ricer antics. Just be professional.
I'm ready to let the xB outta the bag and show America and the industry that someone in Chicago can build a phat ride too. It's time we have some publicity on the S/E forums for once. Peace and chicken grease!!!!

rest assured that i have been trying to work very closely with my HIN contacts to ensure things go smoothly. as of today, we seem to have everything accounted for - with the exception of the following:
supercharger raffles promotional items might not be ready in time-
large SE:C banner still has not arrived-
and, final details for our 'interactive' art piece are being worked on now as we speak-

 

As far as bringing something to confirm your registration I e mailed the guy Raul mentioned and he said as long as you have your ID and HIN ticket order # you should be fine. I would also like to put in a request to be parked away from the "interactive" art piece if there is one. I'm surprised HIN still hasn't informed you of the space were going to be in. If they wanted 40 cars and we only have 30 there should be plenty of room for our entertainment. If seats are available we should set up a little lounge area.

 

Lounge would be nice. VIP style. Everyone bring your Scion gear.

 

dont worry jim. i only got confirmation number. and im on the first come first serve basis. so somebody let stillmotions drive my xb in first. ill be at work all day.
