I decided on sharing something quite interesting? I was dying laughing when I first read the notice!

There was a screw up on someone's end? Three possible suspects: Milwaukee PD/County or WI DMV or Kenosha Carmax


So I get a letter from City of Milwaukee...Stating I'm on the 2nd notice for a parking ticket. Fine is $40.00s and is given due to "parking 15 feet away." On a local known street, 7-7-2009 at 1:46 am. I'm like "WTF! Last time I was in Milwaukee in that area was back in 2008 for Andrew Toyota's Scion show! And at the time, I know for sure; I was at work!" I look around the notice seeing no vehicle information is shown but the license plate number is from my trade in 2006 Scion xA. I physically have the plates in my home, so the theory of stolen is out of the question. I haven't used these places since November of 2006! When I bought my tC, Carmax gave me new plates (is the reason why I'm thinking they might of did it by not filling out the paperwork to void them.)

I called Milwaukee and complained. They told me they would take care of it. But still, these plates shouldn't come up like that in the DMV system like that???

I'm planning on going the DMV and tell them I ran into this problem. See if its off the system.
