Howdy.

Born and raised in MI. Currently residing in Madison Heights, MI. Been lurking/posting a lot in the tC2 area, and was wondering why I wasn't trying to meet some MI peoples to get some new ideas. Would love to meet some fellow enthusiasts.

I'll be working on my car all weekend (Descendant Turbo Kit) and will be getting some dyno time at AutoAddiction's new location @NE Corner of Joslyn and Walton probably next week. Pics and hopefully some video will be up soon.

We are pretty much the biggest Scion thing going on in SE Michigan.
We reside all over SE MI. I for one hail from the Shelby Twp. Area.
And nice to meet you. Would love to have some more tC's in the crew.

 

Don't know if I'm ready to join a crew just yet, as I have little extra time to get to go to events/meets/shows/rideouts/etc (I'll barely have time this weekend to put the turbo in), but I'm still excited to meet you guys!

I do see a lot of Scions being driven around my area, not many tC2's just yet but some really nice first gens. I'll keep lurking the forums and see if anything will be going on in the area. Who knows, if I'm outta work early enough, you may just see me.

 

well hey a group of us are meeting out on woodward on this friday night just to chill out. pretty much just the tCs. welcome to join. swing by our thread for more details...we dont have an exact time yet but it will probably be around 7 or 8ish.

 

That would be cool. I'll be getting the rest of the turbo kit Friday, and me and my mechanic will be doing some prep work that night, but it won't be until after 10ish. I'll check out the thread and swing by.

Being a part of the team means supporting the team and coming out to meets and events is a major part of that. I mean obviously we rather you join and come once or twice than not come at all but the more participation the better... We are watching...

 

Hehe, yeah. If I had more time, it would be easier to make events/meets/etc. Where and what time are you guys going to meet on Woodward tomorrow? I'll swing by after I pick up the parts if I get out early enough.

 

around 8 or 9 ish. we need to have a meet spot. because we can't park where exceedspeed meets because that vitamin shoppe is always crammed full. and the shell gas station across the street is for classics/'murican muscle

 

I'm from MI! But... well... Menominee, MI. Not nearly close enough to all of you to justify meeting up. *sigh*

So I stumbled upon this section of scionlife.. In an attempt to recruit some people!

Myself and a couple of other people have a small chapter in southern michigan (kalamazoo to be exact) for scions. We are part of scikotics. Currently we only have a few members and are looking for a ton more.
