LOL at the person who didnt know the difference between duct tape and painters tape, and tried to do the same thing... Epic epic fail.....

Something you may wanna try is duplicolor sells (prolly only online) a spraypaint that is used for roadtrips, its a hard like truckbedliner kind of coating. once you get to where your going, soap and water takes it off!!!!! its amazing! gotta buy some now that i remembered.

I'm only doing the quick painter's tape trick for this trip only. Because I'm leaving before dawn and if I didn't do this I WILL have millions of bugs on the bumper and who knows how long that WILL take to wash at a self serve wash LOL

Just make sure if you ever do this...you wash & dry off the car! Its a must!

I'm also carrying a "Bug & Tar" cleaner too; If there's sticky spots on it.

I had great time even if I did get so sunburnt that nasty blisters were developed... LOL

I'm not only saying that because I did win a event.

If they do mail out surveys like they said; they are going to: I think I'm going to write in that Scion Exposed 2011 should be in Wisconsin Dells.....(Dells is HUGE tourists spot for Go-Kart racing, indoor & outdoor waterparks, camping, restaurants, hotels, and couple Indian casinos) They have some of the best Go-Kart tracks in the world) Have Go-Kart tourney, car show, and end it with pool party @ one of the waterparks

First Exposed I've been to... I'm not going to lie I was disappointed. I thought the show was very drawn out. Plus I actually went to show my car. Not sure how they think the judging is fair when the same judges don't judge every car or at least separate the judges where they judge one class of car.

I had a great time. AutoX could have been a tad bit better, but it's their first time doing it so can't fault them to much.

Drag was sweet. Never lost. Wish I had my turbo back on though cause I would have to take the trophy from Justin in the xA...hehee.

Since I'm in-between-turbo Kits right now, all I have is a stock header, intake (since going back on boost soon) and full exhaust for power. Everything else is suspension since I road race/Time attack more than anything.

I was running 15.5 @ 88 mph. One Guy with a Supercharged tC made me pop my Hood to confirm that I was stock because I beat him by about 4 - 5 cars. The other S/C tC that was there said that his best time was a 15.3. Many people couldn't believe that I was just running an exhaust and weight reduction done. It was fun nonetheless. That's what I came to do, to race. Not much of a show car person.

Thumbs up

Exposed in my opinion was so gr8. Don't be bitter if you lost because of judging, it was unbiased and based on a points system, so if judge A says you have 300 pts judge B would of said the same thing. Just try try and try again. Its all about having fun and being there surrounded and immersed in a sub-culture in which we all share a passion for the same thing! I applaud the effort they put into this event, it wasn't easy! No matter how hard you try to put out an event that goes above and beyond, theres always whiners and always critics! FOR THE LOVE OF CHRIST KEN GUSHI WAS THERE!!!!!! CMON... show some love and start listing some of the thing you did have fun with.

The show was well planned and the hot laps were cool... I did enjoy seeing all the different mods to everyone's cars. Seeing Ken Gushi was awesome too... I'm not even bitter about not winning the show. I'm saying that is something they could improve on... I know it is based on a points system however every judge gives different points based on what they think. I just think since they have 4 judges have one judge do all tcs one judge do first gen xbs one judge do 2nd gen xbs and one judge do xa/xds.

"High Mileage" :D

You know I was quite embarassed when female Scion Cincinnati manager stated I had 185k. I'm surprised they didn't asked me questions about the quality. I would of gave them this statement back "Its like fine wine. The older it gets; the better quality its becoming." I think the three Scion managers must of spied at Bullitt when I wasn't looking cause I let the judge see the odometer & it stated "186,xxx." LOL

Hell, I drove down to Indy @ 2:00 am. Race it on the drag strip three times. Drove it back home Saturday night after the event. Yesterday morning did some quiet Sunday drive then drove to Oshkosh, Wisconsin (2 hour drive from SE Wisconsin.) I came back later in the afternoon.

I think I put least 1,000 miles this weekend alone! It ran beautiful!

The group I was with left around 8ish and there were only a handfull of tents in the camping area. I think everyone was exhausted and just wanted to shower. Maybe next time Scion should take over a hotel with a nice sized banquet room and have the late night fun there. I have no complaints if you took advantage of everything there was to do there then you were definately occupied and entertained. Great job Scion and panell members

ran a 14.1...and have to say...I think several of the F/I tC setups got a real eye opener when they ran their cars on the track...., I think you Brett are one of the few who have some actual decent track numbers to go along with the setup....Ken Gushi's tC ran a 13.1......@130mph....and to give you an idea the bike they had their ran a 10.85@139
