This is right after HIN, but I'm down for a cruse. We actually just got back from hyw at the time of this post. A nice turn out of Scion tC's for a very last minute round up, 7 cars.

That was awesome last night. We were good at first but then a lot of cops came out but we were able to make it out ticket-free. Can't wait for the next cruise and HIN!!!!!

I think a lot of people out crusing don't realize that the cops come out and start getting people at 10:00PM which is curfew for minors. For the rest of us they'll get us for crusing, which I believe they define as driving past the same place a minimum of 3 times. Not to mention everyone of us has illegal tint and some of us no front plate. Oh, one or two guys may have to loud of exhaust over 95 decibels. It also depends on how crazy you are on the road. Cops will leave you alone if you don't draw attention to yourself. HYW 100 is known heavily for street racing and crusing, always has been. Thanks God my car isn't ricy enough to attract the wrong kind of attention.

Josh (RS1.0 turbo), beat a GTO by 2 links. That was one of the best races I've seen out of a tC. They had the whole road ahead of them empty. Don't really know how fast they were going when they shut them down.

Unfortunately, my car stands out like a sore thumb. I was ok for 3 years of everyday cruising - but since I added the pink - i've gotten pulled over on hwy twice. One for tint and the other loud exhaust (in an evo - it was legal but the oldman police said it was too loud).

NEW LAW - Illegal tint is automatic 2 points off your license and $90 ticket. But like Rob said - hwy is awesome, you just need to be careful how you drive.. and not draw attention to yourself. HAHA

Hello everyone!

What are the membership requirements for the SE Wisconsin club? As a proud owener of a salsa red 2006 xB, I'm ready to join.

I love spending time to modify my box--especially working on mods that, when not active, look factory. (see https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...65117&start=46).

I would love to meet all of you!

Richard
